About Us Ergonomics Consulting Services Fitzsimmons & Associates is represented by Physical Therapists/Ergonomists in the San Francisco Bay Area who are available to provide recommendations for better safety and productivity in office and industrial work places. Our clients include Worker's Compensation Insurance Companies, Public and Private Corporations, and State and Federal Agencies. A Worker's Compensation claim is not a requirement for an appropriate assessment! Group training and assessment programs are available for any group for whom employee health and injury prevention are high priorities. The training and documentation provided to our clients meets the needs of the California OSHA Standards for Ergonomics Programs. Office Ergonomic Assessments include a list of recommendations for ergonomic products and vendors, individual client training for the workstation set-up and chair adjustment, and instruction for appropriate postures and exercise at the workstation and off the job. Implementation of the recommendations can be provided by Fitzsimmons & Associates. John Fitzsimmons, MS PT, CIE Mr. Fitzsimmons spent fifteen years as a Physical Therapist responsible for the treatment of orthopedic and occupational injuries. He is Board Certified as an Industrial Ergonomist, and has conducted both individual ergonomic assessments and large scale ergonomic training and assessment programs since 1991.
